Brainrot Chess is an independent game presented under the name AIGames. Its creator uses the signature AI.

Just play

The game is free and has no in-game purchases. Challenge the bot or play with someone on the same screen. No game account is created, and there is no online ranking.

The bot’s three difficulty levels run on your device. Two-player mode is local: both players use the same phone, tablet or computer.

An original cast

The cactus capybara, skating broccoli and their companions visually replace the six types of chess pieces. Their moves still follow chess rules. This version’s artwork was created with AI assistance.

Brainrot Chess is an independent project. These characters are not presented as official versions of existing meme characters. Meet the cast.

A game that is growing

The current version is open to the public. It does not offer saved games, tournaments or remote multiplayer.

The game is prepared for funding through Google AdSense. Ad delivery depends on Google’s approval, ad settings and applicable consent. The data these services use is described on the privacy page.

Rules and move validation use chess.js, distributed under the BSD-2-Clause license. The license text is available on this site. The bot is a local opponent built for this version, with no official Elo rating.
